1KV-36KV Full set Din porcelain electrical bushing electrical transformer bushing

The HV series with the widest range of available designs and customizations. This bushing type is widely used for insulating power transformers on the low-voltage side in both indoor and outdoor applications.<br> The HV series are solid porcelain liquid filled (hollow core oil communicating) designed in accordance with the standards EN 50180 and EN 50243 (formerly DIN 42531-2-3-4 & 42541).<br> Transformer oil fills the space between the conductor (a rigid cylindrical copper stem) and the porcelain, increasing the electrical insulation and dissipating the thermal energy generated by the high current.<br> Featuring an extensive range of available customizations, the HV bushing can be manufactured according to almost any kind of customer requirement (i.e. rod extension, special connectors, special finish surface, etc.)<br> Designed for both indoor and outdoor applications, the HV bushing series can even operate under extreme environmental conditions (i.e. very polluted areas, very cold/hot ambient temperatures, very corrosive/aggressive environments, etc.).

As a standard product we can offer both historical DIN standard bushings and the latest EN range of bushings, these product cover the requirements of distribution and power transformer manufacturers. We can offer ratings from 1kV through to 52kV and up to 12500A with a wide variety of creepage distances to meet all environemental conditions.
 
All outdoor bushings are manufactured and tested in accordance with IEC60137, the detail of the bushing is governed by either historical DIN specification (no longer live standards but still utilsed widely by the transformer and distribution industry) or the latest range of EN specifications (EN50386 & EN50180).
 
Air end termination is typically either the screwed conductor stem or flag terminal (various hole arrangements are available) and the oil end termination can be as the air end termination or a machined hole arrnagement to suit the customers requirements.For the metal parts surface finishing, we can make as per customer requirements such as tin plating, galvanising, cooper plating.

ARES bushings  1kV bushing series according to DIN42530 and EN50386 with a rated current from 250A to 5000A, fully interchangeable with DIN standard for easy replacement. Can be Shipped pre-assembled  or fully assembled, special designs can be  provided  for external environmental conditions, ensuring a longer service life and reducing leakage issues we can supply different gaskets such as NBR, VITON, FVMW -60 or CORK.
